During the treatment period, try to avoid heavily staining foods and beverages such as coffee, red wine, berries, and tomato-based sauces for at least 30 minutes after removing the trays, and ideally for the first 24 hours of treatment to maximize results. Follow the prescribed wear schedule provided by our office — wearing the trays longer than instructed does not accelerate results and may increase sensitivity.
